This product is dedicated to punching and cutting process, equipped with different specifications of die can be used in thin sheet material punching, blanking and other processes. The machine is small in design, flexible and convenient in use, very suitable for punching and blanking in 0.005 ~ 0.5mm thickness of the battery positive, negative electrode sheet, diaphragm and other materials.

Optional mold size: Φ3 ~ Φ24mm, according to customer's assignment

Punching: put the material to be punched on the lower template, shake the hand rocker, the upper punch moves down into the lower die and cuts off the material, then take out the material box.
