Transition chamber
* Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), connected to glove box, controlled by valve 
* Diameter 360mm, length 600mm large transition chamber, piston door, sliding tray in transition chamber, polishing, automatic valve controls air pumping and replenishing. A small transition chamber with a diameter of 150mm and a length of 300mm is provided in the box body, manual valve controls air pumping and replenishing.
* Tray: stainless steel 300mm×450mm, can move and extend freely (equipped in the large transition chamber)
* Vacuum degree ≤1bar(vacuum display is required for both large and small transition chamber)
Control system
* Mode: including self - diagnosis, power off - start feature, with pressure control and self - adaptive function. Automatic control, cycle control, password protection, vacuum chamber control adopt LCD display, unit control adopts PLC touch screen.
* Pressure control: control the pressure of the box and the transition chamber at a certain set value
* Pedal: can control the pressure of glove box, easy operation
 
Circulation system
* Control: water and oxygen are controlled at less than 1PPm
* Adjusting device: PLC touch type adjustment (heating, evacuation, purification, regeneration), the whole process without human monitoring except for 2.5 hours of ventilation
* Working gas: N2 or Ar gas (gas cycle)
* Circulating fan: 0 - 100m3 high speed frequency conversion fan, microprocessor control, pressure tested stainless steel device
* Purification column: single purification column, imported purification materials
* Purification valve: automatic electro-pneumatic valve
* Filter: High efficiency filter with 0.3 micron aperture sieve conforming to HEPA standard
* Regeneration: used for purification system reuse to make it active; regeneration requires a mixture of N2/H2 or Ar/H2, with H2 accounting for 10%
