Mainly used in laboratory battery materials research and development of sample production for button batteries, capacitor scientific research sealing, can also be used in factories for small batch trial production, can also be used for battery disassembly, pole tablet pressing, pressing battery powder and other operations configuring different molds.
The standard configuration is available for 20 series coin cell, also available for 24 series coin cell after replacing part of the mold accessories.
Usage
1. Battery placement: In the state of open mold, put the battery into the positioning groove of the lower mold, the negative side is up, put it forward and smooth, hold the oil discharge valve hand wheel, tighten it clockwise, and rotate it to the limited position.
2. Battery sealing: Constantly move the hand rocker up and down, the jack rises and presses the template to close the mold. When the pressure gauge reading of the encapsulation pressure is about 80 ~ 100kg/cm2, the battery encapsulation is realized.3. Remove the battery: Hold the hand wheel of the oil discharge valve and loosen it half a turn counterclockwise, the sealing mold will open automatically and then remove the battery. (The hand wheel is provided with limit points in both directions, which can avoid the oil leakage caused by the oil discharge valve steel ball sealing ring coming out due to the over rotation of hand wheel)
4. Battery sealing height limit adjustment: Loosen the machine-processed rice screw on the side of the sealing limit nut, rotate the nut to adjust the height to limit the battery sealing height, then tighten the machine-processed rice screw on the side after adjusting.
